Yin Yoga for the Moon Day
YIN YOGA is a slow paced, meditative practice of long held floor poses. Yin works with connective tissues- ligament, tendons and facia- which, in turn, stimulate the balancing of the energetic pathways in the body. Moon Day Yin practice with focus on restoring vital energy and establishing a strong connection with mindfulness as it relates to yoga and everyday living.
