APRIL 28: EXPLORING YOGIC PRINCIPLES: THE FIVE KOSHAS with Cynthia Woodring

According to yoga philosophy, humans are multi-dimensional beings made up of many interactive layers or koshas. Investigating the five koshas can inspire and deepen your yoga practice and assist you in recognizing practices that support optimal health and wellbeing.
This workshop will invite participants to deepen their understanding and practice of yoga as a therapeutic art - both on and off the yoga mat. There are no prerequisites for this workshop, and beginners are welcome. Yoga teachers, healers, and counselors may find that the kosha model offers a useful guide to the care of their students and clients.
