Thai Yoga bodywork by Chitra—is a synthesis of acupressure, rhythmic rocking, compression, traction, restorative postures, and somatic practices to find the bodies innate health. Chitra's approach to this ancient art is uniquely crafted from her background in yoga therapy and her sensitivity to the healing power of touch and presence. A few restorative yoga postures will be introduced along with a simple thai sequence you can share with your loved ones!
